Recipe website...go check it out!

I have been subscribing to this blog for a while now and I have no idea how I came across it, but I love it. Last week they had an amazing pie recipe. It was an oreo crust with a Peanut butter filling (peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip). It was amazing and gone within a few days. Also, about once a month the lady that runs the website/blog she gives away 1 or more Kitchen aid mixers. I have been trying for months to win one and am determined to. I really, really want a kitchen aid mixer. Anyway, you to should go check the website out and enter a contest to win the mixer. Or don't so I have better chance of winning! haha

PS Lindsy, if you are reading this you are the first person I thought of when I found the pie recipe and with as much as you and the fam like peanut butter you definitely need to try it!!

Summer has begun!

So, let's just get this out of the way. I did not get the job at the church. I found out a week ago from this past Wednesday. I just didn't feel like posting it until now. I was upset and disappointed, but I am much better now.
So on to better things...

This is a picture of Maggie's new dog tag, collar (pink with sparkles), and leash (brown with pink polka dots on one side and blue, green, brown, and pink stripped on the other side). I just wanted to get Maggie something that would show people she was a girl instead of having to tell everyone she was not a boy.

This summer we are doing lots of activities. Above are the kids playing with play dough.

Next are some pictures of the kids playing in the pool. We play in the pool every morning and afternoon if weather permits! And I am getting a tan.



The other day it was raining most of the afternoon so we baked blueberry muffins and watched "Cars".
