flowers, finals, movies, and yummy french toast

A few things:
1. Here are some pictures of the white Irises that bloomed next to the purple ones. We were both so surprised that there were more colors.





2. Matt now has 3 papers left to write. He thought he had 4 but one of his professors canceled. Then I got a great grade on my Inductive Bible Study assignments, finished up my Cross Cultural Counseling Class, and found out that my final in my Counseling Research class was changed from an 80 objective question and essay test to just a take home essay test! This week has been so busy for us trying to finish up but these things have made life a little easier for the Stouts.

3. Lately, I have been all about some Victorian age movies. I listen to this podcast called Stuff You Missed In History Class. I highly recommend it along with many of the other podcasts at How Stuff Works.com such as Stuff Mom Never Told You and Stuff You Should Know. Anyway, some of the Stuff you missed in history podcasts have been about The Tudor family, The Boylen sisters, and Queen Elizabeth. So now I am watching a few movies such as The Other Boylen Sister last weekend and this weekend and week I plan to watch Elizabeth the Virgin Queen, Elizabeth the Golden Years, and the Queen. I'll let you know what I think!

4. Finally, tonight we tried Strawberry Stuffed French Toast! Yummmmmmyyyyyy!!!! Here is the link and you must go try it!
